How to create signatures and use them
If you want your contacts to see the name of the agent they're interacting with, a message closing, or simply add business information, you can use our chat's signature feature and configure the behaviour you want it to adopt.
Let's say you want your agents to tell customers their names only at the first message of the conversation, and you want their names to appear right below their message.
Here's what your agent will need to do:
Access general settings Click on the "Signatures" section and, after that, on the button on the right that says "Create signature". If you already have one or more signatures created, you will see them listed and you can click on them for editing.
